Don’t Limit God When Your Desires Are in His Hands

Ephesians 3:20-21--   Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above
all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages,
world without end. Amen.

No matter how things look in the natural, believe and trust that God can and will manifest your desires. You have to desire healing more than sickness. Take every opportunity to fill your heart and mind with the word of God. When you do, it changes your thinking and your speech. The scriptures say that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. So the words that come out of your mouth are relative to what you have in your heart. You will have what you say. That is a scriptural and spiritual principle and law whether you believe God or not. So you have to fill your heart with the truth of the scriptures and allow praises to the Lord come out of your mouth because words are seeds. When you speak you are sowing seeds and whatsoever you sow you shall reap.

We should never limit what God can do. When Jesus feed 5,000+ men, women and children, the scriptures say they were in a desert place (Matthew 14:15). But when He told them to sit down to eat and they obeyed his instruction, the scriptures go on to say that they sat on grass (Matthew 14:19). He changed the condition of the place they were in so it would be comfortable for them to eat bountifully. From five loaves and two fishes, they all ate until they were filled. But when they finished there were 12 baskets full of leftovers. So don’t limit God by what you see, hear, smell, touch and taste. When we ask Him to help us focus on the spiritual realm of His kingdom then whatever we bind (prevent) on earth is bound in heaven. Whatever we loose (permit, seek after, desire, want, ask for) on earth, He will release in heaven.

If we walk in love and obedience to God, the heaven over our head will not be brass. He is more than able to bless us. When we ask, seek and knock, the door or access to what is needful for our lives, will be opened. We have been given the keys to His Kingdom--the scriptures--containing eternal and spiritual truths. So I pray that your spiritual eyes will be open to see what He has given to you before the worlds were framed.

Even when you don’t feel like it--especially when you don’t feel like it--praise the Lord God for all things. Be proactive for your blessings. Say thank you in advance of receiving. When you want to eat, you have to pick up the fork. When you want water, you have to lift the glass and drink. If you don’t want to be sad, look in the mirror and smile at yourself and say “I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am accepted in the beloved. And I am the King’s son or daughter.” The limitless Lord God knows every hair on your head. He has not limited His perception of you. In His sight you are precious because you are the reflection of perfection--Jesus Christ.
