By studying the scriptures you discover God’s character and virtue, and the will (covenant or provisional promises) He has given to every believer. You have an opportunity to learn, know and understand His authority and the authority you have in the name of Jesus Christ. Through a consistent dependence on the Holy Spirit to assist you in developing your relationship with God, you gain wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the scriptures, and will discover what His expectations are of you and what you can expect from Him.
The degree or level of the Word that abides in you, plus your faith, plus sincere desire, plus the confession that comes out of your mouth can equal the degree or level of what you can expect to manifest in your life. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Ephesians 3:20.
